| Double Chocolate Cookies |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Brownie Mix
3/4 cup regular flour, unsifted
6 Tbsp. oil
2 eggs
2 Tblsp. water
1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips,
3/4 cup chopped nuts, optional
Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 F for 11 to 13 minutes, start checking at 9 minutes. Bake until cookies loose their gloss but still soft to the touch.
Remove and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes on cookie sheet. Transfer to cooling rack. When cool, store in airtight container. |
