| Adventure Balls |
1 lb dates
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. chopped nuts
coconut
Cook first three ingredients over low heat, stirring often. When well mixed, set aside to cool. When cooled add 1 beaten egg, stir in 1 tablespoon of milk and rturn to low heat, stirring constantly, until mixed wiell. Take from heat. Add vanilla, Rice Krispies and chopped nuts. Cool. Using butter on hands, form in small balls and roll in coconut. Refrigerate. |
