| Rocky Road Cookie Bars |
1 roll Pillsbury's refrigerated slice 'n bake cookie dough (any flavor)
1 (15.4 oz) pkg. Pillsbury's creamy fudge frosting mix
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease an 8 or 9 inch square pan. Slice cookie dough 1/2 inch thick and overlap slices in bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned. (Cookies will be puffy when removed from oven). Cool for 15 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter in water. Stir in frosting mix and blend well. Remove from heat, and stir in marshmallows and nuts. Spoon over cookie base and spread. Cook and cut into 24 bars. |
