| Lemon Bars |
Mix and press into an 8 x 8 inch pan:
1/2 C. butter
1/4 C. powdered sugar
1 C. flour
1/2 t. salt
Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes.
Combine:
2 eggs
1 C. sugar
1/2 T. lemon zest
2 T. flour
2 T. lemon juice
Pour crust and bake 20-25 minutes or until set.
Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. Cut into squares when cool. |
