| Chocolate Oatmeal No-Bake Cookies |
1/2 cup margarine
4 tbls. cocoa
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups quick oats
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt
In a saucepan combine the margarine,
cocoa, sugar, and milk.
Bring the mixture to a boil,
and stay at boil for 1 minute while stirring.
Remove from the burner, and add the remaining
ingredients. Drop dough from a teaspoon onto waxed paper
and let cool.
Makes about three dozen.
