| Pecan Nutty Fingers |
1 stick butter
5 T. confectioner's sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, ground
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Cream butter. Add sugar and vanilla. Work in flour gradually. Add nuts. Make into rolled cookie about the size of little finger.
Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. When completely cool roll into confectioner's sugar twice.
